You may return new, unopened items within 15 days of the UPS delivery day date for an exchange or full refund. All shipping fees are non-refundable. Please return items in original packaging.
For your protection use UPS or FEDEX to return your items so that they can be tracked properly.
Return Shipping Costs
In rare and unusual instances, when an error is made by us we will gladly pay for the return shipping.
When the error does not lie with us, the customer must then pay all shipping costs associated with the return.
Returns that are received after 15 days of the original UPS delivery, but within 30 days of delivery will be subject to a 30% restocking fee. No returns will be accepted after 30 days.
